Even when no election is scheduled, the Annual Meeting is one of the few opportunities for residents to hear updates directly, understand how decisions are being handled, and see the process in action. Attendance helps ensure transparency and shared understanding across the community.

Community Rally on Board Candidate Dismissals

Organizers are convening a community rally to discuss next steps related to the dismissal of Board candidates and the election process. The dismissed candidates are expected to attend and answer resident questions directly.

For residents who want clarity, accountability, and a better understanding of what happens next, this is the primary opportunity to hear directly from those involved and to be part of the conversation.

This is not an Association meeting or an official HOA event unless separately noticed by the Association. Attendance is voluntary, but meaningful participation depends on residents showing up.

Residents are encouraged to attend, listen, ask factual questions, and keep the discussion respectful and focused on process.
